Our President - Enid Joffe

Enid Joffe is the Co-founder and President of Clean Fuel Connection, Inc. Under her leadership, CFCI has expanded from its initial focus on electric vehicle infrastructure to alternative fuel consulting, CNG fueling and solar energy. Clients include Southern California Edison, The Gas Company, California Electric Transportation Coalition, Electric Power Research Institute and the Cities of Burbank, Los Angeles and Pasadena. Prior to co-founding CFCI in 1999, Ms. Joffe had an 18-year career in government relations, finance and electric transportation at Southern California Edison and Edison EV. Ms. Joffe is the license-holder for CFCI’s General and Electrical contracting licenses. She is the former Mayor of Sierra Madre.

George P. Bent

is CFCI's Construction Project Manager. Mr. Bent has more than 15 years experience in construction project management, including tenant improvements, obtaining permits and overseeing new construction. After joining CFCI in 2009, Mr. Bent managed the installation of over 400 chargers for BMW's MINI E demonstration program. He is currently managing Coulomb charger installations and the installation of CFCI's first Galileo CNG station.

Jose Morales

is Solar Project Manager for CFCI. Mr. Morales has more than 7 years experience in designing PV systems ranging from residential to large commercial arrays. He is experienced and highly skilled at Auto CAD design. Recently he has taken on additional responsibilities in managing CFCI solar projects to completion including the City of Beverly Hills, City of Monterey Park, and numerous residential installations.

Harold G. Moore, Jr.

is CNG Project Manager for Clean Fuel Connection. Mr. Moore is responsible for implementation of CFCI's CNG program. This has included consulting with American Honda on their natural gas home refueling program and the introduction of Galileo fast-fill natural gas compressors to the U.S. Prior to joining CFCI in 2004, Mr. Moore had a 30-year career as a Compressed Natural Gas Technician with Southern California Gas Company. At the Gas Company, he was responsible for troubleshooting and repair of a wide range of natural gas vehicle refueling station compressors ranging in size from 150 CFM to 500 CFM.
